How do I place an order?

To order, please add your desired baked goods to your cart on the “Shop Baked Goods” page. You can then use our online form to submit your order request. Once we receive your request, we will get in touch to confirm your order. Please note the order is not confirmed until you receive a response from our team. Do you have a minimum order requirement?

Each item has a 6 piece minimum order requirement. When ordering, a quantity of 1 (pack) will consist of 6 pieces.

What is your lead time for orders?

We generally require 3-5 days notice for orders, but we recommend placing your order as early as possible, especially for larger events.

Can you provide baked goods outside of Chicago?

At this time we only serve clients in the Chicagoland area.

Do you offer gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free or other dietary-specific options?

At this time our menu does not feature any gluten-free, dairy-free or dietary specific options, however, most of our baked goods are nut-free (please note we do not have a nut-free kitchen, but all items can be made without nuts). Always feel free to contact us with any special requests or questions and we will see if we can accommodate!

Can I customize my order?

Absolutely, we love bringing our customers' unique visions to life! Please provide as much detail as possible in your order inquiry and we will work together to customize as much as possible. For example, we are happy to provide ‘mini’ options of most of our items and we can adjust the price accordingly.

How does delivery work?

We offer a $10 flat delivery fee within most parts of downtown Chicago. For deliveries outside of downtown Chicago we use a courier service to deliver your items and additional fees will apply. These fees will be discussed during the order confirmation process based on your location.

Can I pick up my order in person?

Yes, you're welcome to pick up your order from our kitchen in Lakeview. Please mention this preference when you submit your order inquiry and an address will be provided once your order is confirmed.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel your order please contact us at least 3 days prior to your event date. Note that a cancellation fee will apply for last-minute cancellations.

Do you provide baked goods for special events, like birthday parties or corporate functions?

Yes, we do! Please contact us with details about your event and we can discuss options of how we can help.

How do I pay for my order?

Once your order details are confirmed, we will provide payment instructions. Please note that we do not take payments through our website at this time. We will send you an invoice to pay via credit card or Venmo once the order is confirmed.

Please note that all products from Baked With Lev are produced in a home kitchen not inspected by a health department that may also process common food allergens. If you have safety concerns, contact your local health department.
